Rules, costs, terms of delivery of flowers and gifts

General rules of delivery:

The most important stage of our work is to deliver your order in time. Moreover, the flowers should be fresh and the gifts should have a good appearance. The quality of orders fulfillment and their delivery in time are achieved due to the following certain rules.

The order is formed on the basis of the content and the picture of a gift which was chosen and paid by a customer.

The formation and delivery of an order is performed prepaid.
Cost of delivery:

A delivery in various cities has various costs. It depends upon numerous factors: starting from the city stretch and the city traffic (the stretch of Krivoy Rog is ~ 135 km., Volgograd ~ 120 km., Moscow ~ 40 km which is complicated by high-density traffic). The delivery to the cities of regional subordinance sometimes is possible only from the regional or close big city as the flower shops in this city (town) don’t allow forming an order of a proper quality and providing good service. The purchasing power in these cities (towns) is low which determines a merchandise turnover and as a result the delivery of fresh flowers is performed once a week. That is why to guarantee the quality and delivery in time it is better to form and to deliver an order from a big city where there are our representatives and a wide range of fresh flowers, gifts and other goods. The cost of delivery depends on only a distance. Today the cost of delivery in all cities varies from $5 to $15. If the cost is higher than it means that the order is formed in other city and high cost is caused by a distance.

It is advantageous when the delivery is calculated additionally. Why is it so? To get to know you can after you have red an

Terms of delivery:

Terms of delivery often depends on the timely ordering and payment. Usually in Russia, CIS and Baltic countries the delivery is performed the next working day after the registration and payment of an order. If it is required the more effective delivery, our service can fulfill the order the same day you order, if:
  1. the order was placed and paid in the first half of a day;
  2. there is no less than 4 hours till the end of a working day in the city where should be delivered a bunch or a gift (taking into account the time difference of a clock zone).
Order status:

Once you have placed and paid an order you can get to know about its status using "order status service". The order status changes from “Order is taken” to “Order is paid” after receipt of payment and “Order is fulfilled” after the receiving an information from a courier. At the same time you will be sent a notification about the fulfillment of the order to the specified email address.
Changes in the order:

Once you have placed an order you should change some information (telephone number, text on a greeting card etc.) there should be sent an email to the support team with a required information. The email should be sent from the email address specified in the order and the email subject should contain the order number.

Time of delivery.

When placing an order you can get to know the preferable time of delivery in the field “Additional information”. All the orders are delivered in consultation with a receiver. When consultation the time of delivery and formation of a delivery schedule we will take into account all your preferences including the time of delivery.

The delivery is performed during working hours from 10 to 20. However, the delivery can be performed during non-working hours by prior request and with extra fee.
Consultation of a delivery with a receiver.

As a rule, the consultation of time and address is performed in the first half of the day for us to form the schedule of delivery and to take into account the receiver preferences. In case if we can’t contact with a receiver in the first half of a day, we inform the customer and ask he\she to give additional contact information useful to contact with the receiver.

The consultation over the telephone is performed in the following way:
-Hello(name)!
“Present” gift delivery service. We need to deliver you a gift.
  1. Can you receive the gift on (the specified period of time) at the address (specified in the order)?
  2. In what time (if the time was not specified) should we deliver a gift? Is the address (specified in the order) correct?
    Thank you! (at agreed time) a courier will deliver the gift. If something has changed, please call us, so that we can adjust the time of delivery.
    Goodbye.
Delivery without consultation:

If you want that your order will be delivered without any consultation, please specify this information in “additional information” when placing an order. In this case, all the responsibility is taken by a customer. In case of an incorrect address, absence of a receiver in the specified period of time etc. we will not able to repay money for the bunch and delivery because flowers are perishable products and the courier can’t carry the bunch looking for the receiver or wait this receiver. Such circumstances may place in jeopardy the fulfillment of other orders which have been consulted with other receivers.
Delivery on holidays:

Due to the increasing of orders on holidays it is changed the system of orders fulfillment and scheme of delivery.

When placing an order we try to take into account all the customer preferences but on holidays the ability to form an individual order and to deliver it in estimated time is usually impossible. To process all the orders in time we should take only standard variants of orders. For delivering each order in time we coordinates the time with a receiver and form the route and schedule of delivery for a courier. If the receiver is absent in the agreed time, the courieris unable to wait as it will automatically brake the busy schedule of other deliveries.

In spite of the additional staff, increased working hours on holidays each flower shop has a limited capacity. Due to this the number of orders available to form and deliver is limited. That is why we ask you to form orders in advance, no less than 2-3 days before. Once the orders are available it is formed the delivery schedule, distributed flowers and corrected working hours. As soon as it is not possible to form and fulfill an order the orders for delivery to this city are not taken.
Delivery in Europe and America:

To fulfill a delivery on weekend or on holiday is determined by the legislation or characteristics of each country. As a rule, in Europe and America, the delivery on weekends is not performed. It is forbidden by labor legislation. In Israel, Saturday is a day off, in Muslim countries – Friday, etc. When you place an order on a weekend or on a national holiday, the delivery is automatically transferred to the first working day.

In different countries there are different rules and peculiarities of orders delivery. In some countries the delivery is performed without prior consultation. Though, in other countries it should be by all means. In some countries the delivery is performed by the worker of a flower shop; in other cases the order is delivered by special couriers service to the address specified in the order. To deliver your order correctly and as soon as possible, please carefully and thoroughly specify the receiver address (including a postcode) and telephone number.

Because of the differences in operating systems in different countries, the Cyrillic characters are not always reproduced. In this regard, the text of a greeting card will be translated into English (the language of the country in which the delivery is performed) or written in Latin.

When placing an order for the bunch with a fixed number of flowers, take into account that in most countries it is preferable to present even number of flowers. As a rule it is multiple of a dozen. That is, a half dozen (6), dozen (12), two dozens of (24) etc.

As a rule the delivery in accurate and non-working time is impossible. This is determined by rules and labor legislation in the European countries and in America.

Nevertheless, in spite of some limitations, we always do our best to take into account all your preferences regarding the time of delivery and placing an order. In most cases, if there is a bare possibility, we solve the problem individually and ask our representatives to fulfill orders taking into account all your preferences.
